Q: How come I did not receive any order confirmation?
A: Whenever an order is paid for an automatic e-mail is sent to the customer. Sometimes this e-mail gets marked as junk mail which is why it is not possible to see it in the inbox. Please double check your junk/spam box and you might find your order confirmation there. If that’s not the case, please write us again and we will resend it to you.
Q: Why did I not receive my order within the estimated delivery time?
A: One of the items you have ordered is most likely out of stock and has been marked as “Backordered”. When this happens, your order gets marked as “Pre-order”. The delivery time of Pre-orders is 1-3 weeks. If you log in to your account you check your order status.
Q: What is pre-order?
A: Our pre-order system means that when an item is out of stock, it is possible to reserve the item by paying in advance and you will be among the first ones to receive the item at the time when it is back in stock again. After you have completed and paid for your order it will usually take 2 weeks before the item is dispatched.
Q: I have returned an item to you but I didn’t get any refund or the requested exchange item?
A: We always do our best to handle returns but in some cases it could take up to 30 days.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship to the most countries in the world. We do not ship to Canada or the US, to buy our products in these countries, please visit the stores of our retailers.
Q: Do I have to pay anything for customs when ordering from you?
A: If you live in a EU country then the price you pay at checkout is the final price for the item and shipping. If you live in a non-EU country then VAT, customs and a handling fee will have to be paid by you when picking up the order. For an order to Norway this normally means that you would have to pay 330 NOK extra when picking up the package.
Q: How do you send my order?
A: We use DB Schenker or Postnord (www.postnord.se) as standard shipping agents.
Q: How long time does it take before I recieve my item?
A: Delivery times are usually 1-5 working days after the order has been sent.
Q: How do I know if my order is sent?
A: You can log in and check the status of your order.
Q: The item I recieved doesn’t fit me or I don’t like the colour. Can I return or exchange the item?
A: Yes you can return the item within 14 days after recieving it. If you wish to exchange to a different colour or size that is also ok. Please take a look at the form that comes in the package with your item.
Q: What is the currency shown on your web shop?
A: You can choose to display your currency by selecting it in the top right corner. Please not that the price displayed is a conversion of the price from SEK to your currency. Your card issuer might use a different rate when making the final payment so the price could differ slightly.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: You can pay using a bank card such as VISA or MasterCard. It is also possible to pay with Paypal.
