- We ship to most countries within the EU along with Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Australia and the US. If your country is not available when ordering, please contact us.
- Delivery times for items in stock for countries with membership of the European Union is 1-5 working days and for countries not part of the European Union it is 4-8 working days. Items not in stock which are available as Pre-order have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks.
- When ordering to countries of the EU, you do not have to worry about paying for customs.
- Orders sent to countries outside the European Uninon will be imported when they reach the border and fees for customs and handling will be added. These fees are paid by you when picking up the package. Please make sure to read the details for importing items into your country before ordering.
- All shipping costs are displayed upon the checkout.
- We use DB Schenker or Posten Sverige for sending your order. Posten Sverige deliver the package to the national post company in your country and they deliver the package to your address or the closest pickup place.
- If you decide to refuse or don’t pick up the shipment from us you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you and the cost of returning the shipment to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of reception. That means you can send back unused and undamaged merchandise within 14 days of your reception of your package. The returning product must not be used or smell strongly of perfume or smoke. Products which does not fulfill this requirement will be sent back to you. You pay for the return shipping costs yourself. The returning package shall contain our exchange & refund label and be sent with normal post to: (do not use GLS, Schenker or UPS)

We refund the amount paid for the merchandise to you within 30 days after recieving the returned merchandise. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Pellobello does not take any responsibility for returning packages.
An item from an order can only be returned for exchange or refund to us once. We do not allow more than 1 exchange.
- Payment by card takes place under the current rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU. We use ePay as Payment Service Provider and they are a PCI DSS certified card payment solution. We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. The money is reserved on your account at the time of order and deducted as soon as the order is sent. All transactions are sent using SSL encryption. No card numbers are stored. We use the latest security technology for credit card payments online 3D-Secure – a standard developed by Visa and MasterCard, with the intent to safely validate the consumer when buying online. - We also offer payment with Paypal. When using Paypal you can pay with most credit cards or simply transfer the money to us. Paypal paying system is high security and is PCI and CISP verified. Learn more about Paypal here: www.paypal.com
- Items placed in the shopping cart will be reserved 1 hour.
- Our prices can be shown in different currencies but the final price is still charged in Swedish krona (SEK). Please not that prices shown in a currency that is not SEK is a guideline and your card issuer will set the final rate for the purchase. When ordering to european countries 25% VAT is included.
- Orders for non-EU countries are paid without VAT. The VAT will be added and paid by you when the item is imported to your country.
- Any personal information entered on our site will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties.
- You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. If you do not recieve your order confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.
- If you have a coupon or discount code it should be used when viewing the cart, you can not enter the code at checkout.
- Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
- Your shipping address must always be the same as your billing address. We do this for your safety as we always want to make sure that the one who pays the product also recieves it.
Our pre-order system means that when the jacket is out of stock, it is possible to reserve a jacket by pre paying and you will be the first ones to receive the jacket at the time when they are back in stock again.
The popular Fluffy Fur Fever Jacket is hand made and we have a limited amount of jackets that comes in stock every week. So we launched this service because it has been many requests about it and our customers want to make sure getting one of the jackets.
The pre-order works just like a normal order but when selecting your size it will say “Pre-order” before the size. You will also receive a warning saying that the item is on backorder. This means that after you have completed and paid for your order it will usually take 2-3 weeks before you recieve it.
The payment will only be reserved until we send the jacket. If you change your mind while you are waiting the reservation is refundable.
Custom Size Service
PelloBello is always very flexible.
We offer a custom size service to the customer who have a special request on different measurements of the sleeves, the shoulders, the length or the chest.
The price is different depending on each different request and the delivery time is 4-5 weeks.
