We offer tracked and fast delivery to most countries in the world by either DB Schenker or DHL Express. Charges apply all options.
Prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times for orders containing pre-ordered items will be up to 2 weeks.
We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
If you decide to refuse or don’t pick up the shipment from us you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you and the cost of returning the shipment to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
All orders are shipped from Sweden. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be shown during the checkout process.

We guarantee to refund any non-customised item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. All purchases can only be returned by post. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost.

Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Orders paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used. All payments are made and refunded in the store base currency SEK. Depending on the currency that the card that you paid with is issued there might be a difference between the initial paid amount and refunded amount due to currency rates changing during the time. This difference will not be paid out nor does it have to be paid back during the refund.
Please note that items must be returned with all of the tags intact and with the dispatch note you received enclosed.

Our most popular feather and mongolian jackets are made of animal and poultry by-products. This means, that carcasses are fully utilized and processed for meat and feed.
Products which are made of real fur or feather may have small imperfections, slight variations in color or shedding which should not be considered as defects but rather features of a natural product. Shedding of feathers is normal and does not warrant a return.
Please be aware that darker colours may transfer onto light coloured materials.
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made and you will be charged.
